GoogleWe were so pleased with the service Holden Copley gave us in buying our home and getting our Mortgage sorted - Hence the review. All the staff have been great. Particular shout out to Georgina and Dawn, who were immense. Can't thank them enough for their kind advice, support along the way and amazing organisation and reliability. Georgina - Not only was she so easy to do business with, she showed steely determination and tenacity, clearly with our best interests at heart, to get the deal over the line and us in our first house. She was top! Would highly recommend Holden Copley's services to anybody that asks. Dawn - She's just an amazing lady, so knowledgeable, able to explain things in simple terms so that we could make the right choices and kept us bang up-to-date with the mortgage offer. I feel like I was in safe hands and she's sorted out some issues for us and made it seem so easy! Will definitely go and see her again when it's time to look at rates etc. again. We were really impressed with the speed at which viewings were booked and the way communication to us was prompt and we were kept fully informed at all stages. GoogleThe Team at Holden Copley Arnold are great, we had the most dealings with Lydia who was just amazing. We bought a property that they were the estate agents for and even as the buyer we have felt supported, advocated for and they worked so hard between us and the vendor to get us our house. We have spoken to estate agents before that you just know they don’t have your interests at heart at all so this experience was so lovely. Thank you again for everything!
