Outstanding service from Holden Copley as they made selling our home seamless and very swift. We had our house listed with HC and another agency and we never doubted HC’s ability to secure a faster sale. Every member of the team that we dealt with was extremely polite and professional, so much so that we loved nipping in to the office for quick chats as we were passing by - the ladies in the office are always so welcoming! A special mention to Liberty, Amy and Bethan for overseeing the sale, all very quick to respond, gave transparency throughout the process and supported answering the many questions we had over the course of the couple months! Likewise to Lizzie for her fantastic photography ability and skills in really showcasing our house to look its best. This team are not only artistic and forward thinking, but charismatic with old school ethics. Well done! 🥳 In my own experience, I have enjoyed a paramount service and professional conduct at all times. This is exemplified, by; an open house viewing where nine, or more qualified buyers were in attendance - even before the house was on the www! That is - imho, excellent! One could say, where art meets science - to create a true virtual 3D tour, taking only seconds, marketed in such a way that demonstrates true appreciation. On the whole, Holden Copley have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, most importantly, having had the pleasure of meeting each representative. Fantastic experience from the start, the initial consultation with Tom to the wonderful photographer Lauren (helps that she was dog friendly). Then to the team in the office Melissa, Eleanor, Nicola, Liberty and Lottie nothing has ever been too much trouble. Melissa deserves a particular mention due to her support on computer skills and has looked after me with great sensitivity and care. A great bunch of people who know exactly what they are doing. I have just sold a property with Holden Copley, It was the Arnold office that dealt with the selling and i genuinely could not have been happier with the service they provided. The guy (apologies for forgetting his name) who came out and valued my property was extremely clear, very genuine, honest, explained absolutely everything too me, I didn't feel any pressure to commit to holden copley at all, To the different girls in the office who i dealt with who were absolutely SPOT ON. Every single one of them went out of there way to help me complete the sale, helped with absolutely everything along with the sale, explained everything to me clearly, answered emails quickly, phone calls instantly, and there was ALWAYS somewhere willing to help and go out of there way! There is genuinely not a single bad word i could say about my experience with Holden Copley and I would highly advice using the company! Holden Copley Hucknall have been great from start to finish! They were quick and efficient, and came at a time that suited us to get our property onto the market. The pictures were brilliant, and I can always tell straight away from looking at Rightmive etc which are on with Holden Copley because the pictures are just a lot better! They were very helpful with viewings of the property and did the viewings when we couldn't. And when we had offers etc had our best interests at heart and were able to get us the best price. We were sold within 3.5 weeks of the property first going onto the market! Also the property we have brought was also with Holden Copley and they were so helpful when it came to bidding etc. And managed to help us get our dream home! Thanks to Sarah, Sadie, Lydia and the rest of the team you were great and thanks again for helping us through this stressful process. Would highly recommend!

Update on this review. My first sale 4 months ago fell through as buyer withdrew. I sold again almost immediately. Delay has been due my vendor, purchaser and myself agreeing to wait until after Christmas. Holden Copley have been with me all the way. Communication first class. Thank you so much Sheryl and team. . ottie and team in the Arnold office provided a quick efficient service in the sale of my house. Excellent communication and prompt responses to queries. I re-arranged my kitchen and conservatory and requested new photos. This was no problem. They were done quickly and posted on Rightmove but meantime I received an offer on the house! My first offer came within days but I finally accepted another offer just 3 weeks after putting my house on the market. Their recommendations of solicitors proved to be very competitive too.

We recently sold and bought a property through HoldenCopley. The sale happened in October 2022 and it took us over a year to finally find a property to purchase. Throughout the process Lianna Vocaturo kept us updated with the chain and when we did find an initial property in the summer of 2023, she worked with us and the solicitors to inform the chain. That property fell through and Lianna did an amazing job reassuring our buyer. I'm surprised she kept her cool with the amount of time it took us to find a property! When we did. HoldenCopley negotiated a great price for us and kept us informed throughout. We would use them again, but let us enjoy our new property for a while!
