Bad!!

Bad!! Poor communication throughout the process. We viewed the property and only later found out that it had already been rented, which was never communicated to us. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time. Better transparency and timely updates are needed.

Fantastic service throughout the sale of my property , Jane from the Arnold branch was very professional and good at keeping me informed at every stage and was always quick to respond to any questions that I had ..The whole process was completed in just under 9 weeks and I would recommend using their solicitors also as they were able to communicate between each other easily and also keep me in the loop .. it really is refreshing to experience a professional and friendly service , would highly recommended !

From the initial enquiry to completion of sale David James provided a friendly, professional and tailored service. Pleased that I made the correct decision in contracting them to sell my property and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We recently brought a house through the Arnold branch of David James. Kerry was the person we dealt with. She always kept us up to date on a regular basis, was very professional and helpful throughout the transaction. We couldn't of asked for more.

Had a viewing arranged for 11:30am at Nottingham NG5 and the agent arrived 30 mins late at 12pm. Wasn’t informed that they was going to be late and had to call multiple times to find out what was happening. When the agent finally arrived she wasen’t as empathetic baring in mind I took some time off work- wasn't the best of viewings- Just left to it. Put me off the property completely.

We have sold three properties with David James over the last four years, we have been very pleased with their presentation photos, marketing and accompanied viewings. I'd like to thank everyone there for their communication and reassurance over the sale, especially Kerry who was in a small team as a residential sales consultant, she was so helpful and gave us confidence and guided us well. The process was easier than anticipated , I believe that was down to experience on the part of the staff there, many thanks.

Had a great viewing of a house with Sarah, as first time buyers we've found most agents aren't very knowledgeable about the houses they show you. Sarah not only knew the answers to the vast majority of our questions, but was genuine and kind

From our initial valuation meeting with David we were confident that we had made the correct choice of estate agent to manage the sale of our late relative's property. The service we received from all members of staff was excellent, keeping us up to date with prospective viewings via text and email. When we spoke with the lady's in the office they were always friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. This made the whole process extremely smooth and stress free and I would highly recommend to anyone considering using their services. Thank you for all your help.

I was escorted around the property by Annette and was impressed with her knowledge and insight into the benefits of the property. I found the office staff very professional and appreciated Vicky recommending that I go to view the property and how quickly and efficiently she arranged the viewing.I also had a good experience by the same company at another office and feel this is a quality organisation for selling and letting property in the Nottinghamshire Area..

I'm very happy to recommend David James Estate Agents following the sale of my house through the Arnold branch. Jane handled my sale and couldn't have been more helpful in keeping me informed and giving me advice throughout the process. Their marketing and photography was superb, such that the second person to view made an offer and subsequently purchased the house. The whole sale couldn't really have gone any smoother. I'm very thankful I chose David James as my agent.

We would highly recommend David James Arnold Branch who dealt with the sale of our property recently. They were very polite and professional and kept us updated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble either. We would definitely use them again if required. Special thanks to Kerry who dealt with our sale. Thankyou again.

Bought my house through David James in 2013 and used them again to sell in May 2021 having spoken to 3 local estate agents. Really pleased that we made the decision - people forget that you're not just paying for them to market your house you are paying for years of local knowledge and contacts and for this reason we were able to secure a great selling price on our house. One other estate agent failed to show up for the valuation and the final one (in our opinion) over valued. We felt comfortable straight away with David Radford and his team. Kerry managed to book almost 30 viewings within a week of the house being available meaning after 7 days we have 10 offers and working with them we made a decision who to sell to. David James also managed to find us the perfect house too and we couldn't be happier. The team have been very patient with us as we were pushing to complete before end June 2021 (which we managed by some miracle). I know at times I was a complete pain and I am sure Kerry and our solicitors had a stiff drink following completion. Thanks very much x
