From the minute David walked into my house to value it i knew I had chosen the perfect estate agent. He was professional, courteous, realistic and very reassuring. All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you 😊

It is the first time we have moved house for 28 years and were a bit apprehensive to start, to say the least. Thanks to all at David James who were involved we maxed out on viewings within the first couple days of it being listed on their website and we got an offer we found acceptable within 2 days of viewings. Had a very straight forward chain so thanks to this we were able to complete the move in around 3 months. Kerry was a delight to work with from the start of the process right through to the end keeping me updated on the progress of my sale. Used a different estate agent just around the corner from David James and after 20 weeks I had no joy with them so I cancelled and asked David James to list my property, My house was sold within a week, unfortunately the person buying delayed the process and despite the hard work by vicky the buyer pulled out. My house was resisted and in less than a week the house was again sold, this time the process went very smoothly and we completed in 7 weeks. I would highly recommend David James for a fast, and accurate process from start to finish, also the way they keep you informed along the way. Big thanks to vicky and the rest of the team.

Incompetent - avoid this agency.

Incompetent. No communication unless pushed. Have made many mistakes, but rather than honestly admitting them and taking action to correct, they double down and stop communicating or resort to untruths. Makes you wonder if the directors are unaware of what is going on, or are complicit in the incompetence to get fees for work not done or done badly. I would never recommend them after experiencing such poor service.
