Managed my property rental for 3 years

Managed my property rental for 3 years. What a waste of money! Paid through the nose for their assoicated contractors to fix issues as soon as the tenants raised them, however the work was often incredible poor and not checked on completion. Inspections failed to pick up major issues so we were forced to investigate on numerous occasions ourselves and find our own tradesman to prevent being ripped off further! Honestly will never rent again(despite fantastic tenants), company contract was a utter waste of money.

One of the best estate agents I dealt with and Kerry O'Conner was the star! Since the viewing, Kerry was very helpful and quick to response to queries and pass on information to the vendors. Very helpful and attentive. We were assisted by Sarah and she was the most prepared agent I came across so far. She did little introduction to the property etc. She actually had all the information about the house, told us all the positives about the property but also the things that slightly outdated. Most agent arrive with the keys and know the number of bedrooms and price of the building, Sarah actually knew the business, my favourite agent, very professional and informative. I also had someone from this agency doing evaluation of my house and I have to say the young girls was very police, quick to answer all queries etc. I will definitely be considering this agency when moving on with the property market

David James Arnold - Extremely friendly, professional and competent sales agents. After gathering stats from review websites and speaking to local agents, I narrowed down the shortlist to one agent - I recently had the pleasure of working with Jane and Sarah, at David James Estate Agents Arnold. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire selling process. Jane was amazing to speak with as she is just so friendly and organized. She and her team, knew best which steps to take in order to make my flat sell, and even kindly, out of the blue offered me a discount on fees, because the mortgage + costs were more than the sale price. Sarah is a very proficient saleswoman, and was a great asset to me in the sales process - She always made sure that she knew what was going on in the conveyancing process and acted very efficiently in any negotiations between the buyer and I. Certainly she has her "finger on the pulse" as to what's going on in the local property market. Her professionalism and accommodating attitude enabled me to get a fair market price, in minimal time and from sold subject to contract to completion, was one of the shortest I've witnessed. In conclusion, both Jane and Sarah are extremely capable individuals in the real estate industry, they have provided me with solid realistic advice throughout, and were flexible in their approach. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks to all of the team at David James Arnold, for all your efforts on my behalf - your hard work deserves praise, and I feel I made the right choice working with you.

We recently sold our property in Arnold through David James and we found their service to be fantastic. We originally sold our property in early 2020 but due to the pandemic, we were not able to proceed. During this original sale, we also made use of one of the company directors, James to negotiate our purchase for us. We believe back then we wouldn’t have been able to get that property at that price. We also used yourmortgageshop services to find our mortgage for us. The appointment was quick and hassle free. During the recent sale we mainly dealt with Kerry in the Arnold office who we found to very professional. Towards the end of the selling process, it started to get a bit messy with others in our chain. Kerry was always calm and endeavoured to find out what was going on. I would 100% choose David James again and would recommend them to anyone else.
