Was professional, cheerful and was happy to keep us updated by telephone and email. GoogleAppalling customer service and communication. You have to constantly chase them as no one is ever in the right department. You then get relevant information months later that would have resolved the issue in the first place. Despite giving notice months in advance and vacating the property, I am still being chased for rent that I do not owe. A real shame as they started off brilliantly at the beginning of the tenancy.

GoogleIn the past I have purchased a number of houses for both residential and buy to let purposes. This time my personal circumstances made it a little more complex. I have always found the process painful but Jake did a great job of explaining fully the various options open to me and more importantly keeping me fully updated throughout the entire process. He returned every call and followed up on every email in a timely manner and with a huge degree of professionalism. I would therefore not hesitate to use Jake at Connells again and would recommend him regardless of your understanding and confidence level whenever you are have a need for sensible, impartial advice regarding a suitable mortgage.
