GoogleThe whole process was conducted in a professional and friendly manner from start to finish. My property was accurately and attractively advertised and a buyer (in fact two prospective buyers) were found very quickly. I had a number of issues with a previous agent and in retrospect wish I had used Belvoir from the beginning, I chose the other agent due to price but having experienced the service Belvoir provide I feel their fee is fair. Looked after us the whole time, constantly in touch helping the process go through very smoothly. All other members of staff were very friendly and efficient, but we worked with Jenny the most. GooglePaying £1125 for a property, and I've been without heating for 7 weeks!! Emails ignored, empty apologies and promises to resolve as soon as possible, no update on the issue since the 2nd of December, and it's the 20th now so I expect to be freezing the whole Christmas period. House temp is 15°c as of writing this. Disgraceful.
