Kira, Andrew and the whole team at Belvoir Andover were fantastic for us on our big "rightsizing" move. Carol was brilliant too, even though she wasn't directly involved in our purchase. Communication by all was exceptional, especially in this day and age where good communication can often be lacking. We have been renting with Belvoir for almost 4 yrs. The help and support we have revieved from Lily, Michelle and kim has been fantastic. Lily has been amazing throughout, giving us emotional support especially since being issued a section 21 in December. Michelle has given us help in finding a new place to live and keeping our spirits up. Kim has been very informative and helpful. We dealt with Andrew and Phil back in Feb 2025 as part of the buying process, being seller and buyers in a smallish chain. Andrew was difficult at times and we felt the agents were in favour of the seller and others in the chain above us throughout the whole process. We felt this was likely due to the others buying higher value properties and us being at the bottom of the chain. Having been a buyer twice now I felt this time round the process was rigid and very stressful with us loosing money in the process. We would not recommend and would avoid in the future.

We can’t thank Andrew and especially Tamzin at Belvoir enough for their incredible help and compassion throughout our tenancy process. From the very start, Tamzin went above and beyond to offer genuine advice and support, particularly when we mentioned the council’s rent deposit scheme. While so many other estate agents seemed disinterested the moment they heard those words, Tamzin treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism, never making us feel judged or dismissed. In the end, we didn’t need to use the scheme, but we’ll always be grateful for how understanding and supportive she was during what was a stressful time. We had to make an ‘out of Hours’ request for the services of a plumber due to a water leak. Lily was the lady who came to our rescue! She arranged everything in a professional and efficient manner. This is the second time we have called on her for assistance and the second time we have had excellent results and service. We also feel we must mention the plumber who came to our aid. Gavin did an excellent job, was professional knowledgeable and friendly and we would highly recommend him. All in all, what could have been a disastrous week end was saved by two great people. Not very happy as it’s the most stressful time moving in general. communication is terrible with this company. The property wasn’t ready at the time they said it was after an email confirmed that the property was ready a week prior they called me up on the day before I was moving to tell me that the property wasn’t ready, but I can move in if I want to as it’s just minor things. I’m just disappointed in this whole move as I’ve never had this with any company.

Mixed review, lettings experience has been great and have found the team very efficient and responsive. The sales team in particular Andrew Bailey has been difficult to deal with, right from the start of the process he tried to push me into accepting less than market value which I refused and ended up accepting a higher offer. Unfortunately the sale process broke down and Andrew had a part to play in that, I had to constantly request that he push the buyers which he was not happy doing. He also told me that it was normal to wait 5 to 6 months for a sale to proceed, so if you want to wait that long and expect a bad attitude from Andrew go for it, I would not use the sales team at Belvoir in future.

Just an update on my review, for the sales team at Belvoir Andover this time. The support and service I got from the team has been amazing. Given that the purchase of my flat has been lenghthy and complicated, through times when interest rates have gone mad, I felt the agents were on my side and did not add to the stress of buying this property. They have been responsive, pushed and chased the solicitors and generally have been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Shannon, Chris and Andrew and all the others at Belvoir who helped in some way with this purchase. Great service from the maintenance team at Belvoir Andover. The agency works for the landlord of the flat above me and when I realised there was a leak in one of upstair's pipes that passed through my property I contacted the agency. Olivia was unfailingly polite and very efficient even though I am not her client. She also returned calls when she said she would and kept me fully informed either by phone or email. A bit of a mixed one. It would’ve been a 5 star review only because of Maisy. Andrew let the entire experience be more stressful than was necessary. Andrew constantly needed a real push and we felt he overstepped his mark with getting involved with the conveyancing process. He also didn’t quite understand that you need to push your buyer, especially when they decide to use cheap online conveyancers. We felt Maisy was far better and understood that she was representing her client and didn’t need to make friends with our buyer. We hope she continues to have opportunities in the future to get involved with the negotiations and not just the selling as we feel she did a better job! Thank you Maisy, and good luck with your future negotiations!

What I would have liked was complete honesty about the state of my property. There was no mention of the damaged roof causing flooding into my bathroom. The damp was painted over, instructed by belvoir. The water leaked into an illegal double socket behind the washing machine. I only found this out when my electrics tripped. The wall is so damp, it's crumbled. Not sure how this was missed by the surveyor. There are so many issue's that I would not have bought the property. I took down my original review about the leaking woodburner when I was offered support by belvoir. Once removed, they declined the support. This review is staying

I started my search a little over 4 weeks ago for a new property. I contacted Belvoir and i was put in touch with Max. I liaised with max on a couple of properties. Professional and responsive emailing arranged a time to view the property, COVID19 safe, max was wearing PPE and was dressed smartly. Very professional throughout the visit, informative and was knowledgeable. I did not get the first property and Max was understanding and supported me in my continued search. He recommended another property and arranged a viewing. This was a very simple smooth transition. We contacted Belvoir in June 2020 to help us sell 7 of the 8 houses on our small development of 8 houses in Andover, after we had experienced very limited success and unreliable service from another local agent. We were a few weeks into the first Covid-19 lockdown, so a very challenging time for estate agents, buyers and sellers alike. However, Belvoir didn’t let this hold them back, having quickly adapted their business practices to become compliant with the Covid-19 regulations while still managing to provide the best possible service for all their clients. The result for us is 7 houses all sold to qualified buyers, with no sales falling through. That’s quite remarkable. Chris Martin was assigned to our properties and he has been impressive from the start, showing a great deal of enthusiasm and professionalism in the way he has dealt with the sales and all the parties involved. His communication has been great, keeping us updated on progress and responding quickly to our enquiries, requests and messages. If Chris hasn’t been available, we have still had good responsive service from other members of staff, notably Andrew Bailey and Tom Parfitt. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with, being always courteous, reliable and impeccably presented. Chris was instrumental in marketing and finding potential buyers for our property, ably assisted by a great sales team within Belvoir. Although we had a few false starts with buyers who turned out to be unable to proceed with the purchase, Chris rapidly found a serious buyer who continued through to the successful completion of the sale. Chris regularly liaised with the buyers and their solicitor as well as regular contact with us and our solicitor to check on progress and to help address queries arising. Chris was very helpful with dealing with our queries and requests for progress updates. We are also very grateful for Chris’ ongoing efforts, particularly for persevering with our buyer’s solicitor, to ensure a successful sale completion.
