The first inspection of the property that I am renting was undertaken by Emily Fryer from Belvoir today (18 October 2017). Emily was very courteous and undertook the inspection in a timely manner. Emily caused no disruption to my normal routine when she undertook the inspection. Whilst undertaking the inspection and noting an issue for the landlord Emily was able to assist and rectify a longstanding issue whilst she was at my property. I was given at least a fortnights notice of the inspection and the time it was likely to be conducted. The date and time of the planned inspection were achieved.

Active Staff Recruitment have recently moved onto the high street having rented posh new office space through Belvoir Commercial and I have to say, they were fab! We dealt with one of the business owners Greg who couldn’t do enough to help and assist, sometimes answering queries in the evening, weekends and on his days off! You could just tell he really wanted to help and make things go through smoothly. A big thank you from Active Staff to him and Belvoir Andover for a first class service.

I approached Belvoir in 2014 with the possibility of renting my property due to a change in circumstance. Ann Osman was in touch straight away & provided us with a very good deal. Every thing was precise & very efficient from start to finish. I am now coming to the end of my 3rd year with Belvoir & my 3rd tenant. Every time a new tenant has moved in everything was done with ease & free from hassle for my husband & I. Even with current tenant issues i am kept up to date & i know Ann is providing us with the best service she can. In my opinion Ann is an asset to that company & I would not want to deal with anyone else. I know my property is well looked after & i have complete trust in her. I can highly recommend Andrew at Belvoir who helped me sell 2 houses in Andover. Andrew kept me updated, sometimes daily and explained each step of the process really clearly to me. He also talked through my options when I had to make a decision, giving me advice to help me decide on the best steps forward. Overall, a great service.
