GoogleSuzy Garrett at JNP Amersham has been dealing with our rental and she has been nothing short of fantastic. Incredibly personable and warm, very knowledgeable about the house in question and the area. I cannot recommend Suzy and JNP Amersham highly enough.

Crooks. As others have said - be prepared to go to court or at least DPS. Landlord tried to reclaim an unreasonable amount of the deposit (almost all of it) due to damages that were the landlord's responsibility and blemishes that were already present upon the start of the tenancy. Throughout, JNP were unhelpful - very rarely responding to reported damage. I would constantly have to chase JNP to get anything done. Be particularly cautious renting from JNP in High Wycombe. They backed up the landlord to the end (who is a known criminal). Luckily DPS are ethical and I got almost my entire deposit back. I would not recommend anyone to rent with JNP in High Wycombe, or to rent any properly owned by Ludlow Land, or the building Liverpool Victoria House. Extremely unethical practice, relying on beaten down and tired tenants to not fight their ridiculous claims.

With regards to your deposit, the Landlord has strictly followed the arbitration process set by the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleTotally disappointed with this agency. They've tricked me into paying a holding deposit for a property and still left on the market as available. They are not serious or helpful at all. Contact them regarding the property and came up with excuses that they cannot refund me as I have been declined on my application

TrustpilotI can honestly say the worst customer…
I can honestly say the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a Lettings client of the High Wycombe branch for about four years and have noticed a massive decline in service levels over the time. The communication is diabolical and they overcharge you either due to basic errors or hoping you won’t find out. Probably the worst part is they haven’t even responded to a direct complaint email for almost 2 weeks. I would stay clear of this business if you can help it.

GoogleSo it was due for inspection of the flat that I am renting. The inspection was pretty straightforward. Deb Wheeler, the letting agent, was really nice and friendly. I mentioned to her my concerns and kept record on it to be reported to the landlord. Hopefully the issues will be addressed.

I bought a house being sold through JNP, I had a few reservation about how the owners would leave the property, and so asked for things, such as them removing the sofa from the attic, prior to exchange. I was made to feel by JNP, on several occasions, like I was causing problems for these "lovely kind" sellers by delaying the sale. On the day of exchange, however, I moved into a home left in absolute filth, with dog poo in the garden, rubbish in the attic and damage to pretty much every wall in the house. I called Joshua at JNP to inform him (as he had told me on several occasions how lovely these sellers (Neil and Gale Joslin were), and I was told that he would send over my pictures to them and "sort something out". I heard nothing back for a month, until Joshua messaged to say that the sellers wanted a favour, of some post redirected. Obviously annoyed that I had no response before this, I asked what there response was to the photos, and I was told that JNP had no legal responsibility. I understand that they might not, but they have a moral one, so all I can warn is that if you are buying a property sold via JNP, don't trust anything your told by the estate agent.

The frontline staff, particularly Mitchell and Michael were very helpful and responsive in answering all my concerns before my move. I would recommend going with Hydegate Estates if you get the opportunity

We have bought a house through JnP (completing tomorrow!) and from start to finish they have been excellent. If anyone has the pleasure of working with Emma Cross there they are in very capable hands. We had a prolonged buying process (through various delays with solicitors and nothing to do with JnP) and I am in serious doubt this would have gone through without Emma's stewardship. If and when we are looking to sell our house I wouldn't do it through any other estate agent than JnP. Anyone looking for a recommendation on who to list with should look no further. Thanks to Emma for being the person who kept everything moving in this process.

GoogleI contacted Hydgate Estates when I was looking for accommodation for my granddaughter. From the start my experience was very positive. Not only were all members of the team very friendly but they were also very professional. I dealt with Michael who was extremely helpful and gave me confidence in the whole process. During the tenancy any issues that I raised were taken seriously and dealt with promptly and efficiently . I would have no hesitation in recommending Hydegate to anyone seeking to rent accommodation and should I decide to sell my current property, Hydegate would be my first choice.
