Had EE call asking to switch said easy…

Had EE call asking to switch said easy plug in asked for engineer to install been with out TV or WiFi after 4 calls engineer came out said we not wired up by open reach so now got wait till Fri did not say nothing at door I've just come out hospital with stroke spent hrs trying connect think is disgusting would not recommend EE or BT my wife been charged 41 pound for leaving so no TV or WiFi for week we both work NHS wouldn't never use or listen to there story's stay with who your with to much trouble written to obman not good enough why not make sure u can use 4 different customer services said different stuff my view do not go with EE bt is useless

I recently sold my father's house with the Amersham office. The process was handled from start to finish with professionalism & courtesy. I had to leave Frost's team to make all the arrangements and do all the viewings as I am not local but this was always taken care of so I never had to worry. Friggin' legends! Some of the loveliest people I've ever met. You'll feel right at home and well looked after with this bunch. Surprisingly tolerant of my scattiness and helped me out in a pickle. Also, thanks to them, my partner and I found the flat of our dreams. Whether you're looking to rent or buy, I would highly recommend this branch. No response to emails - out of business?

I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

A mixed experience, we first dealt with Danielle who seemed lovely but would never call us back, never pass on any messages and never answer any questions that we asked. We had to wait days for her to even reply with an answer to if our offer was accepted or not. Even if you couldn't get hold of them, at least give us a call to let us know rather than leaving us in the dark all the time. We were very fed up with this service after a couple of weeks and gave up asking questions and just assumed the worst otherwise we would have got nowhere. Thank god Andrew Holdsworth took over as he would proactively chase the whole process and was nothing but nice and helpful for us. He would keep us updated and was very professional at all times. Thank you Andrew for your help!

We recently sold our house (Morten Wood) in Amersham with Frost. I was impressed at the start of the process with the speed in which the details of the house were ready to go to market. However when the viewings started it was a bit harder than I had expected to get feedback on how the viewings had gone. Most of the time we had to do the chasing for that. Having said that, once the house was sold and our chain was in place, I honestly believe the only thing that held it together was Andrew Holdsworth at Frost. He did a superb job of finding information from all parties in the chain way before any other agent had. His local knowledge and relationship with clients and other agents around Amersham was second to none. He did a great job. I would use Frost in Amersham again.

Having recently purchased a property in Amersham through The Frost Partnership, I am significantly indebted to Andrew Holdsworth, their agent acting on behalf of our vendor. It seems axiomatic to state that he was professional for, in my opinion, he went beyond the usual requirement for one in his role. At all times Andrew was diligent, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and innovative in what proved to be a purchase that could very easily have succumbed to the vagaries unique to our particular circumstances. Whilst we were not his clients directly he provided significant guidance and dealt with unforeseen complexities with grace and good humour. There is no doubt whatsoever that we would not have succeeded in the timescale necessary - and therefore perhaps even at all - had it not been for Andrew's committed endeavours on our behalf and moreover, no doubt, on behalf of his clients - even checking-in whilst on leave to provide insight to his colleagues who superbly perpetuated his vital input in his absence. I therefore would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Holdsworth and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to sell or buy property in and around the town of Amersham.

We had a very poor dealing experience with this company. We rented a flat from Frost in Jul/August 2012, my contact was Sally Hyland at the Amersham branch. Immediately Frost handed over a s21 notice seeking possession in 1 years time. Although I believe that this is legal, this is extremely bad practice. When I queried what this meant with Sally I was told that this was just standard procedure and not to worry about it. This document basically means that they don't need to give you ANY notice to leave the property, so if your landlord decides that he wants to offer his divorced mate your home to live in and give you next to no notice then they are completely within their rights to do so. Which is basically what happened to us. I think that they should be transparent in the way they do business so would warn you to avoid signing the s21 notice as I did unwittingly setting myself up for a huge amount of stress a few months down the line when we were asked to leave with less than 4 weeks notice not 6-8 weeks which would have been reasonable. Not easy to do when you are working full time! I would recommend that you look for another Estate Agency to do business with. Fees are also very expensive.

Don’t normally write reviews but had to say something. I’ve been calling the office all week to arrange a house viewing. I’ve emailed, phoned and left countless messages. I’ve heard nothing, not even an email back saying we’re looking into it. Do they actually want to sell a house? Poor quality service, I’d never use them. Since posting this review: I’ve had a really pleasant conversation with Andrew Windeler; who apologised for what happened. I have to say he was very professional and courteous. He left me feeling valued as a customer. I think this was a one off situation and it’s being looked at further. However, I think it’s important it’s captured. I had to up my star rating because Andrew handled the situation perfectly.

Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.
