GoogleMy experience of Frost Partnership has been excellent. My elderly mother was selling her house to move into a retirement apartment and, as you can imagine, it was a daunting prospect for her. Our main contact at Frost was Andrew H. and he couldn't have been kinder. He showed empathy towards my mother at every stage, almost treating her as if she was his own grandmother! He kept me informed of everything as it was happening, and when I had a query he acted on it straight away. I had absolute trust in Andrew and knew he had our best concerns at heart. So thank you!

My husband and I were looking for a property for over a year and throughout this time Anthony, the agent at Frost who we dealt with, was extremely professional, reliable and gave us what felt like a personalised service. Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

GoogleBe careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. They continued to ignore my requests, but did take the time to email in order to ask for this review to be taken down. They are morally bankrupt and you should certainly try to take your business elsewhere if you can.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
