Maintenance issues avoided, damp property, money taken from deposit unfairly, can never get hold of anyone. Just do yourself a favour and avoid them. Awful from start to finish.

I used the Sale branch to let my property. Samantha visited to advise on decor, window fittings etc. at the start. Once the flat was ready to do viewings Samantha and Naomi let it within a couple of days, and the tenant moved in a couple of weeks later. Excellent service from start to finish!
