I have used Thornley Groves Monton on my last 2 property sales, each time they have been excellent to deal with, honest and deliver on exactly what they say they will. This time round I dealt with Kelly McDermott, Clare carpenter, Daniel coope and Ellie Milnthorp and they were all brilliant, very responsive. I wouldn’t use anybody else locally for property sales and would highly recommend them to others in Monton.

Claire went above and beyond, she spent extra time arranging viewings to fit around our schedule and coordinated everything with the sellers, from agreeing on the price right through to completion.
When Claire was off for a couple of days, Chris, the manager, stepped in and even worked beyond his usual hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We have been using a local agents in Chester to rent our flat and until they were taken over Thornley Groves. Their primary aim is money. They charged us even for renewing the contract for an existing tenant. They use a cloud system to report faults, but do not always monitor them in a timely manner which meant us paying for call out services that we had cancelled. When they heard that I wanted to change the agents, they suddenly came up with plans to reduce the fees. I really would not recommend them
