The WORST letting agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Utterly no communication yet expecting information from me at not even a moment's notice. Please, avoid at all costs. They clearly pay for false reviews in order to get their overall image looking better too.

The staff at Monton are genuinely very nice people (hence 2 stars) but they just weren't the best at selling my home.The photos and floorplan had to be redone (which should have been a red flag) and I was in the house for a couple of viewings and they had none of the details that I'd provided to them at the start. It was very much 'here is the bedroom'/'here is the bathroom' - no attempt to 'sell' the property. All communication was by email which led to several miscommunications, even though I'd asked them to call me. I don't recommend using them.

Whilst renting off of Thornley Groves, not once did they fix any issue we had with the house. Or reply to any of our complaints.After moving out of the property they left the house empty for three weeks before doing the inventory then charged us for cleaning the property because it was “dusty”. They have also not picked up a single call since we moved out in June.Over email we’ve been dealing with Alejandro Berrocal who has responded to each complaint with a compliantly different answer that doesn’t help solve any issue we’ve had.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
