After 2.5 weeks of attempting to obtain a reference (5 questions from a new agency) for a new rental, I eventually reached Adeeb, he was very helpful and got it sorted quickly for me. This unfortunately didn't make up for the appalling lack of service during the other 4 emails and phone calls prior.

Had spoken to an agent previously in their Manchester branch, and she was admittedly very helpful, listening to my issue of being unable to arrange a viewing of any properties. Helpfully she booked me on a flat viewing for the following week .I thought I was on to a winner, however having shown up to the viewing at 10:30am the following Wednesday, no agent was to be found to show me the flat, I called and got no answer from mobile or landlines, and when I knocked on the flat no answer there either.After half an hour of waiting in the cold like an idiot, and not even receiving as much as a phone call to cancel or explain their absence I called it quits. I shall be using an estate agent that cares enough to turn up in future.

1star is too generous. Horrendous customer service, never answer the phone, when eventually get through after 50 attempts make an appointment to view property. Don’t turn up and got wrong property type. Not even a phone call or email to say can’t make it. Very angry. Staff are awful!!! What sort of management in Manchester 😤😤
