As a landlord, I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided. It's almost impossible to contact their agents and staff.I have an ongoing issue with flooring in my rented house which they manage and I cannot speak to someone to sort out the problem.They took over from Homes4u and just as bad.

Great team from finding a tenant and completing the on-boarding process to get them checked and into the property with keys etc. Only bit of feedback is I would have preferred the letting team to be a bit more proactive with me. I popped in a few times to see how things were going when I hadn't herd much for a while - would prefer them to call me routinely on progress.

From a landlord's perspective, the service is pathetic. Appalling communication and ludicrous quotes for work (a job that required a £9 part and 30 seconds to fit was quoted at £280). At best, you have to question their judgement, at worst their integrity. Have raised several complaints before and not received any reply.

December Tenants reported leak from Toilet, gave authorisation to repairJanuary repair carried out and Landlord invoicedApril second invoice to Landlord for same repair even though the contractors invoice states “Already repaired by someone else” so couldn’t effect a repair yet Thornley Groves charge the Landlord for their incompetence of sending two contractors to do the same work.
