Very pleased with the way the tenancy renewal has been handled by the property manager (Katie Garner). The upcoming renewal was highlighted proactively with a suggestion on potential rates. She then dealt with with the tenants keeping me informed of the progress until the final rate was agreed. I am now waiting for the tenancy documents which I hope are in progress.

I had a great experience viewing a property with Thornley Groves Monton. It was the first time I had viewed a house but Kelly McDermott made me feel very comfortable and at ease and answered all my questions about the house. I had plenty of time to explore, take pictures and videos and didn't feel at all rushed.

Thornley Groves in Altrincham managed to sell my apartment in 1 week, £5,000 over the asking price!!!! From start to finish everything was made so simple and easy. Doug came out to value the apartment and from there I was kept up today every step of the way by Colette - she was amazing and nothing was too much trouble! I can't recommend them enough!!

They failed to do check out reports from previous tenants and have done nothing about my previous tenants theft of items / destruction of property.If you are looking to let your property - DO NOT use these crooks
