Beware. In the last year the Manchester Fallowfield branch of this company has created an extraordinary number of unnecessary problems for me as a landlord, largely as a result of poor record-keeping. If you want happy tenants, and a managing agent which provides a quality service in return for your money, look elsewhere.

It was our first time viewing a place to buy ever and we didn’t know what to expect. Kelly showed us around and she was really friendly and was willing to answer any questions.
