It has always been easy and smooth.Rent arrear is probably a nightmare for every landlords and it could become very complicated if not resolved properly. This happened to my property recently. Fortunately, Jade Smith, the arrear collection specialist, helped me to resolve this issue within 48 hours. The communication was good and I was given step by step progress update during this period.
