We were emergrating to Australia when the sale fell through at the last minute. Admove were incredibly supportive and helped us rent out our property untill we decided to sell it again. GoogleI am currently renting with admove, my tenancy agreement comes to an end at the end of the month. Over the past week i have been made homeless due to the correct fire safety checks not being carried out on my residential property. Not only do they not hold the appropriate certificates, they have no record of where my deposit is being held and it turns out my landlord has help my deposit illegally. Admove have quite clearly stated there is nothing they can do for me, even though i am homeless and they wont take accountability for any of the events that have taken place.
I am deeply disappointed and stressed and would urge anyone to not use Admove.

Hi Leanne, firstly I think this review isn’t genuine given what has actually happened with this property. As discussed with you several times via phone call conversations and emails explaining every aspect with no final reply from yourself makes the above very far from the truth. For anyone reading this review, it is very easy for individuals to leave a negative reviews on a company which can be extremely damaging to our business and something we cannot delete which is very unfair so please read this response. The property was marketed by ourselves on a tenant find package with all legal documentation required by an agency, in order to ‘market’ the property which we did and something any other agent could have done too. The apartment was situated above a commercial premises with the incorrect fire safety requirements in place which is something the owner/landlord is responsible for and not the agent. We have spoken with our legal team on this matter as explained to you and we are not in the wrong on this property as it falls under the owner’s liability for it to be complaint and safe to rent. You are suggesting you had no record of the deposit; this was held by the landlord with it not being a managed property which you were fully aware of and may I add, something you received in full by the landlord on the exit of your tenancy. This is the landlord’s legal responsibility to lodge in a government backed scheme (E.g. Deposit Protection Scheme) and something we are not liable for if we aren’t holding the deposit so we most certainly haven’t held your deposit illegally. You fail to mention that you were in the process of moving out anyway which doesn’t change the fact that the apartment wasn’t fit for purpose which we are on board with, but I think the above isn’t worded truthfully when you actually handed in your notice to leave prior to the prohibition notice being served by the council. As explained to you numerous times, this review shouldn’t be something against our company as this was a landlord matter. As a company, we have disinstructed the landlord on this property until we have confirmation that it meets the correct fire safety requirements. We do not appreciate slandering our business for something that has been out of our control or bending the truth completely. Thanks to those who took the time to read this response as we are an independent business who work hard to offer a genuine service to all clients, tenants and buyers and I am confident to say our more genuine reviews give a truthful representation of our work. An excellent experience from start to finish.
Initial meeting was with Mike Chung, who also took the photos, was excellent he was attentive, listened to the full details of the property, the history and ensured he had full knowledge of the unique points which might be of interest to any potential buyers.
The photographs fully captured all the unique features of our property.
Within hours of the listing Admove secured numerous back to back viewings, James Leake took charge of our sale and the viewings.
He has been absolutely superb.

I find the team at Admove to be responsive, transparent and effective. Charlie, who managed all the sale process was extremely efficient and helpful. We reached a bit of difficult end to the process due to a solicitor further down the chain and Charlie was instrumental in getting the issue resolved and getting us completed in good time.

I was extremely impressed with Nathan from the offset, the valuation of the property he provided was extremely accurate and ultimately was the price that we sold at. The marketing pictures were of a very high standard, produced by Nathan. Off his own accord he came back on more than one occasion to perfect them.
When selling a house you are faced with plenty of niggles and questions. Nathan was always readily available, day or night, and resolved each issue in a friendly and professional manor. He was totally trustworthy. We have recommended Nathan and Admove to friends and family already.
We opted for the upfront payment option with Admove, however they have been thorough with their aftercare.

She stood downstairs and didn't care if we had questions. When I enquired about the house initially she gave me a lecture about properties in Altrincham being pricy.
