FacebookI was very disappointed with my recent interaction with admove. Although following up several times on a listing, I was told repeatedly that I will be notified and updated on the status but no one bothered. I had to phone in several times and emphasize the fact that I want to remain notified yet the agents at admove never bothered. At a certain time, I felt like they had a buyer in mind and they were not entertaining any other offers while they did the listing just to tick the box, who knows? Sorry guys but it’s a negative review from me

GoogleThe fact that your response has me down as Mike Walsh, rather than Mark Walsh speaks volumes. I have purchased over 30 properties in under 18 months, you will struggle to find a more motivated buyer. I have run my own business from the age of 25 and retired at 39 with a £12 million turnover, if you want me to come in and give you some lessons in business, then please feel free to call me, Ash has my details, but might have been to busy to log them.
Mark, you put an offer forward with our vendors inside the property. The vendors then text you on the same number we had and asked you to come through ourselves which you didn’t do. The number you provided us when Steph registered your details was called numerous times with no answer and no messages returned. This was relayed back to the vendor who instructed us to continue with further viewings. We also spoke to the vendor yesterday after you contacted us and were as surprised as we were that you had got in touch. At the end of the day, our interest is for our client and with you not returning any calls, the vendor had no option but to find a more motivated buyer. We appreciate that you may have 30+ properties and if this is the case, I personally would have expected you to understand the process and know the communication is key whenever a sale is agreed. We have all worked so hard to get the company to the stage it’s at today, it’s a shame that reviews like this could damage our reputation but I would like to say to anyone reading this that we did our upmost to get in touch with Mike Walsh, who was impossible to get hold of but awfully quick to leave this review which is far from the truth.
