I paid upfront - this saved £££££s I definitely got my money’s worth as took a while before I got the perfect buyer. Then such a lot of phone calls due to various issues in the chain. Admove were perfect. Nathan is such a lovely personable guy, very genuine. Senga was very helpful all the way through. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

We honestly don’t know where to start, Admove have been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We are so glad we chose them to sell our home! Senga, who handled our sale, has been absolutely incredible. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing she has been throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to keep us updated every step of the way and was always there to reassure me and keep me calm when things became stressful. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference. If we didn’t have Admove selling our property, the experience would have been completely different. They made what could have been a very stressful time feel easy and manageable, and we always felt supported. We can’t recommend Admove enough! Recently sold a property in Altrincham with Admove. It was a long process as we had a few buyers pull out, but the service I received from Admove all the way through was exceptional. Full credit to Ash who persevered and showed amazing dedication to getting the sale over the line - having to deal with an extremely incompetent solicitor. I had paid upfront for their service, and despite them already having the money, at no point did I feel they were not incentivised to close the deal on my behalf. I would happily recommend / use again.

Fantastic Customer Service right from the first enquiry I made on line with regards to the property of Massey Brook Lane Lymm. Will was great, he arranged the viewing at a time which was best for us. The property was beautiful and we are now moved in. The whole process from start to finish was so easy & stress free due to the excellent communication with Will. I'll be honest. I'm generally not a fan of estate agents. Having had various very poor experiences over the years - both as a vendor and a purchaser - I am always sceptical whenever dealing with them. However, Mike, Charlie, and Senga have all been outstanding and gone above and beyond what could ever be expected from any agents, especially given that the sale was complicated by my having to handle it remotely. When a pipe burst in the midst of winter, they pulled out all the stops to resolve the situation and keep the sale on track. Honest, hard-working, and exemplars of integrity and diligence were all words I never expected to use in relation to estate agents - until I dealt with Admove. I honestly can't praise or recommend their services strongly enough to do them justice.

Do not trust these reviews look on trust pilot. So first of all ad move ( Mike / Charlie / Sam ) refused to complete a clean on a property which was rat infested, broken cooker, every window broken, mold in the house, holes in walls and doors and said the house would be cleaned. A cleaner was sent out who didn't do any cleaning as afterwards there were cobwebs everywhere and not even hoovered correctly, who then demanded I pay even though Admove had arranged this. Mike was extremely unprofessional and the service is unacceptable. Now putting the blame on the tenants and have cancelled our agreement which has now left me homeless. I would urge everyone to go somewhere else as this company is not one you will want to get involved in and will cost you down the road. Just to clarify the house was dirty ( pubes ect ) broken windows throughout ( unsecured) old tenants rubbish hidden besides a conservatory, rat nested under the conservatory missing keys and concrete slabs left for the new tenant to pick up. They have been less than helpful and Mike blamed me personally for it so this was a person reason the agreement was cancelled. I would plead with anyone to use someone else for your own benefit as this company is not worth your time.

We have recently used AdMove to sell our apartment in Altrincham, from start to finish, Charlie, Ollie and the team made selling our property a breeze. Soon after enquiring, Charlie was at the property taking pictures for the listing, which was then promptly listed on the AdMove website and on Rightmove. They conducted all viewings efficiently, whilst keeping in good communication with myself and the viewers. Our property was sold within 8 days, for the sale price we wanted. Due to us not being in a chain and AdMove’s efficiency and professionalism, we completed within 3 weeks. I couldn’t recommend AdMove any more highly, they are an outstanding estate agency, with exceptional experience, whilst remaining friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks again all.

I recently sold my apartment (3312 Budenberg, Altrincham), and can say that Admove have hands down been the best estate agents I’ve used. I’ve sold properties previously with different agents, and they do not compare to Admove. Charlie Done was my agent during this sale, and no matter what he would always keep me updated every step of the way. Not only this, he was highly professional throughout the process, consistently reliable and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Charlie would go the extra mile by dealing with matters even after his working day came to an end, and cannot thank him enough for his support whilst the sale was going through.
