Thank you so much for all your professionalism and help! Admove were absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our apartment in Cambridge Street Macintosh Mills M1 5GH. From the outset they were wonderful: honest, very knowledgeable, helpful, offering good value for money, and being very accommodating of all our requirements. Very different to high street agents!! James Leake handled and negotiated the sale of our poperty with extreme professionalism, and we were absolutely delighted with his communication skills. He always kept us in the loop, and advised us in every single step of the way. He was helpful and very friendly, always replied promptly and with excellent answers to all our questions! His knowledge and experience of the market was much appreciated in what can be very stressful moments for everyone involved. James always went the extra mile for us, chasing solicitors whenever it was needed! Many thanks, James and Admove for all your help, I would certainly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell their property! I will certainly not look anywhere else.

I approached the admove tenant find team as I got referred from a friend. This is for our brand new 4 bed detached property in Silk Mill Street, Worsley. The service they provided was great with Will coming to view and taking pics right away. Good attention to detail and we found the perfect tenants within a week of advertising and at a higher than expected value. So all good and very pleased with the service. Will go back to them for our future requirements.

Great service. I have both purchased and rented out properties with Admove. The team are always extremely helpful and someoe is always available by phone whenever you need them. This is extremely useful especially from a landlord perspective. Will, and his lettings team managed the entire process accurately and efficiently, finding suitable all fully referenced within a week. The pictures taken of my property were excellent. From a purchase perspective James and the sales team managed over time to find the exact property I had been looking for, the negotiation and purchase was processed to completion within 6 weeks. I found Admove's charges are very competitive, especially for such a polished professional service. I would highly recommend Admove, they have been a pleasure to deal with to date.

Would 100% recommend Admove estate agents when looking for a property, we had struggles finding a place to rent for a good price for our family, we seen a property on Lilford street in Leigh which was perfect for us, we had absolutely no hesitation in viewing and signing the paperwork. William who dealt with us from start to finish was absolutely brilliant, extremely quick through the process and very professional. Want to say a big thank you for helping us get our new beautiful home. Aimee and Jamal

Admove were excellent from the outset, understanding my specific requirements for sale and approaching accordingly. All questions were answered clearly and straightforward. Advice and options were given, and I always felt the final decision was mine. The property was on the market and sold within 3 working days. Excellent marketing produced a good set of offers, resulting in a higher sale price. James negotiated the sale very well and handled proceedings professionally and efficiently, going the extra mile to make sure the sale went through smoothly, even down to the last, helping me out when I couldn't find my meter box key. I would thoroughly recommend Admove to both buyers and sellers.
