I moved into a property and there were so many problems. I stayed here for 6 months as they refused to let me leave earlier, they needed constant chasing to get any of the work completed and so it seems they are leaving it all to the next Tennant. I reported boiler issues for three months when they eventually sorted it, it was only because the whole ceiling cracked and water was leaking onto my bed completely soaking in. I had no where to sleep and they said that's not their problem even though they hadn't acted on the reports and constant chasing about the problem. I wouldn't rent off them again and if I wanted to rent my house out I would avoid them like the plague, they take no responsibility.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had a lot of difficulty finding a new place in the current housing climate, my experiences with a lot of estate agents was frustrating to say the least. Then I came across a property being let by Admove. Will and the rest of the team have been very helpful and professional, the process of signing the lease has been efficient and pain-free. I'm enjoying the apartment that I'm in now and the landlord has been accommodating. The bigger estate agents out there could learn a thing or two from Admove.

We recently purchased a property through admove and dealt with both the Lymm and Altrincham branches due to covid and everytime the staff very very helpful and friendly. I dealt mostly with Michael and he was always very helpful and reliable in that he did all he could to chase up Solicitors and paperwork etc and always replied ASAP. He was always professional and friendly and I felt nothing was too much trouble. Nathan took over in the middle for a little while as they rotated staff in the offices due to Covid and he was also very helpful and friendly and responded straight away.
