FacebookWas unable to resolve a compaint about a holding deposit return. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Unfortunately have had to escalate to Trading Standards AVOID

For future reference, we would suggest you supply truthful information to avoid this situation. In terms of 'communication was poor'. All emails have been responded to within the hour.
