GoogleThe team at Charters we’re so efficient at finding our new home. We took a long time in a very slow market to sell our house through another agent and lost out on a lot of nice properties. Edward never lost enthusiasm, pace or his sense of humour and eventually we sold and he was right on the mark to find us our brilliant new home. I can’t recommend the company and Edward enough. He should instantly be elevated to the rank of CEO and a salary increase to suit. Thank you so much for your help.

GoogleI would have to say, without doubt these guys are the best, most effective and efficient agents in Alton. Trust me we have tried a couple of the others and none were as proactive and determined as Charters in getting our property sold. They lined up 4 viewings for us immediately and we sold to the 3rd person that viewed. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend them above any of the others. They really are a significant cut above the rest. They are a very approachable team and really do go above and beyond in terms of service. Listed our house with Charters in Alresford. Good communication and quickly sent photographer for online viewing. Sold house within a week. Once sold our progressor, Jo, has worked hard to get the sale through. It’s taken since October but problems have been resolved and finally we exchanged today. Thank you particularly to Jo for being there and chasing to make things happen.
