Outstanding Service - Highly Recommended

An excellent and outstanding company to deal with, Simon Edser sold us the house of our dreams, despite the challenges of Covid-19 and the lack of property stock. I must also mention Amy Steele who has also been so amazing, as she has kept us fully updated, and followed up the progress of this purchased every step of the way. I would truly recommend Charters to anyone buying or selling their property, as these guys go over and beyond to make it all come together.

Great service from start to finish. Charters recommended a rent that was well in excess of that achieved only a year before, yet had a number of viewings in the first few days. Letting agreed quickly at full asking rent, paperwork done during the Christmas period, easy with online document signing, and the tenant has moved in and appears to be more than happy. So are we!
