A special thanks to Jorgia Tye and Brett Colman at the Chandler’s Ford branch. Although the process of our sale is currently in its final stages, I wanted to leave this review to highlight the quite simply wonderful support, professionalism and very clear work ethic that has been given to us. All of the team have been friendly and willing to help whenever necessary. Jorgia’s kind and caring approach, along with willing to go above and beyond has meant a lot to us. Our appreciation must also be given to Brett, whose knowledge and dedication helped guide us throughout this process.

I have recently sold my house through Charters in Alton. I thought Sarah, Toby and the team were excellent, not only did they sell my house in the first 2 weeks, they also got me asking price. Once my sale was agreed I dealt with Gary Hansford who was nothing short of exceptional. He was extremely efficient, patient and did a great job in managing the process through to completion. I would highly recommend Charters in Alton.

Out of all the estate agents that I've dealt with recently, Charters at Parkgate have been the best. Holly and Oliver were very professional, friendly, helpful and patient! Holly knew every detail about the property that I was viewing. Many estate agents don't know much about the properties and one that I viewed, the agent hadn't even been to the property before! Our experience with Charters has been really great

Our experience with Charters has been excellent, largely due to Emma Lee who has been amazing. Communication has been really good and Emma is always on hand to help. She has also kept in touch regularly and been pro-active in sending us information regarding any properties that fit our requirements. We have a very specific set of requirements and she has never made us feel that we are difficult in any way. If you want someone who listens to what you want and does everything they can to facilitate that, Emma and Charters are the place to look.

We have had the good fortune to have found Charters Estate Agents in Alton, Working with Toby Krelle and Peter Sterling. Toby has been looking after the everyday dealings and has been exceptional, going way beyond any other agent we have ever dealt with. Toby kept us up-to-date with every aspect of the property, and was always polite and professional. Peter Sterling, the manager, dealt with, and kept on top of matters in the absents of Toby to maintain the smooth running of the sale. The whole rental process with Charters, Farnham has been fantastic. Kirstie & Lucie were super friendly and helpful getting the viewing set up and then providing the next steps. Satinder from pre Tenancy was also amazing and was there every step of the way to ensure we got our application completed and approved in a timely fashion. Business-like Charters

Charters were a revelation to deal with, I have been a landlord for over 35 years and in that time have rented a number or properties, and dealt with a number of agents. Charters were always extremely professional in their approach, keeping me fully informed at all times during relets. they were courteous and friendly but above all always business-like. I would have no problem in recommending them to other landlords and/or tenants. I found their managers Jenna Miles and Kamila Manila particularly helpful in my dealings with them.

Annabelle was very helpful

Annabelle was very helpful, I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she done for me. I was having to go through the moving and renting process while my son was in hospital having a major invasive surgery and she has been brilliant with me. Charters handled the sale of my stepfather's flat

Charters handled the sale of my stepfather's retirement flat. They were proactive in the process and I always felt informed and up to date. As executors we worked mostly with Jane Tomlinson who was friendly and efficient. It felt as if we were working together towards the sale. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend Charters in Worthing.
