Phenomenal team and service

Our house move literally wouldn't have happened without the extraordinary efforts of the Charters team. Simon was incredibly professional and helpful when valuing our house to put it on the market. Cameron was extremely polite and easy to get on with when arranging viewings. Jake could not have been more knowledgable and accommodating when showing us around properties on our viewings, and was always there well before time. And Stephen literally made the move happen dealing with very difficult circumstances within our chain. We can't thank the whole team enough!

Cannot speak highly enough ....

We can not give enough credit to Charters and especially Kerry. They have been the ONLY Estate Agent in the area that have routinely kept us informed about properties that may be suitable for our daughter and her family. We have visited around 10 different Estate Agents in the area, handed leaflets explaining what they were looking for and giving the parameters, such as 4 bedrooms etc and only Charters have bothered to keep us informed. A very big thank you to Charters and especially Kerry.

Exceptional Rental Agency Service

I highly recommend Kirstie Stone at Charters Farnham. She listened to my requirements and lifestyle and was so very helpful. She suggested a rental property which she described as a bit of a "wild card", as it was not in a location I had previously considered. I saw it and loved it. She gave great advice, was patient, supportive, warm, and generous with her time. She went back to the house for me so she could video the interior because I had been over excited and forgot to press record! She negotiated with the landlord on my behalf and took the stress out of the whole process. I have been searching for nearly 2 years for the perfect property, and it was the first time I felt as if I had met an agent who was on my side, who understood me and what I wanted. I am so very grateful I found Kirstie and even more grateful she found me my dream home. Thank you Kirstie. Stay Fabulous.

I have bought and sold through Charters in Alton on a few occasions now, they are extremely personable and go the extra mile to provide an exemplary service - they make the effort to understand what I want when I am looking to purchase, and again when selling they have never let me down, they have amazingly sold more than one property for me immediately to the first person who has viewed. (This backs up that they do not waste peoples time, they get to understand what you are looking for and match you to a property - this is only achievable when you are an expert in your job!). Charters Alton are totally friendly, professional and informative with a nothing is too much trouble approach - this has been proven by Sarah, Jane, Toby and not forgetting Lisa who is part of the progression team. I would only ever go to Charters as first port of call when it comes to selling my property. Great service

We rented a house through Charters this week. Kirstie was a fantastic agent in patiently showing us around the house multiple times as she knew it was such a huge decision for us. Kirstie also has an impressive understanding of the local community and was able to give us some really good advice. The referencing process was very smooth and efficient through the automated system, but the staff were also on hand to support with additional queries. Would highly recommend using Charters!

Every member of staff we had dealings…

Every member of staff we had dealings with were so friendly and polite.Even when we realised we had made a mistake in putting our property on the market before we had found the right home Dan was so understanding.We now realise that when we downsize it will be when we find the right property that’s when we will put our house on the market, I know that’s not what most estate agents recommend but as we have a lovely home and don’t have to move unless we find a property we love, we are not going to put ourselves in a position of getting a buyer for our house and then being almost forced into making too many compromises on a property that isn’t right.When we do find something and put our property on the market we will come back to Charters, because they deserve our custom.

Highly recommend Charters

Highly recommend Jake in Chandler’s Ford Branch. His patient, proactive and responsive are much appreciated. My family and I moved from city with high-rise buildings to UK which is totally different concepts of residential properties. Charters has provided chances to show us different type of property and the areas. It is a long journey of home searching for 6 months. I recently helped my brothers buy a house and have been dealing with Lisa Robert’s. We had a few issues which I put forward to Lisa. She understood and dealt with everything with empathy and professionalism. Lisa was both active with emailing us and phoning to keep us updated. She has always been warm and friendly to deal with over the phone. We also faced an issue which was unresolved after the sale had gone through and yet Lisa dealt with the issue extremely quickly for us. I cannot praise and thank Lisa enough with this.
