Avoid these people at all cost

Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.

Charters sold my flat and were the most proactive and hard working agents I’ve dealt with. Their communication was great and they were incredibly professional throughout. I tried other agents and they got me 5 viewings over 5 months. Charters organised at least 15 viewings, if not more.

Challenging market conditions and early stages of generating interest & getting viewings arranged was ok, but not brilliant. Communication over the longer than hoped for period on sale could have been much better, however, after an offer had been formalised (well below guide price suggested) follow up process and communications were excellent and very responsive.
