Very impressed with the service we have received from Charters, Jack Moore in particular! He called me with what he felt was the perfect property for us before it had even come to the market; the day after we viewed, offered and had it accepted! Now very excited to have finally found our forever home! Jack dealt with quite the curve ball on our viewing with the seller changing the price but dealt with it very professionally. We appreciate the communications we are receiving regarding our sale and look forward to our new start!

We were selling and purchasing through Charters. Once we had offers agreed on both sides we were handed over to Jo Goddard who regularly checked in with us to provide updates.The exchange/completion process was complex and at one point fell through. Jo remained plugged into the situation being able to provide up to the minute updates when all parties were frantically trying to determine next steps.A few days later everything went through.
