First class service from the moment went contacted Charters. Having lived in our property for more than 45 years, selling was quite a daunting experience. However, Charters professionalism, knowledge and over all kindness made the process not so traumatic. GoogleCharters have been brilliant, they managed to find us a buyer in one viewing and when we saw something that they had on to buy and were desperate to see it but our working days were jam packed Edward showed us the property at 0730 in the morning! Every question we have had has been answered very quickly and we have always managed to get hold of someone when we needed to. The entire team is very professional, hard working and friendly. Edward in particular has been extremely responsive and helpful. I contacted 7 Real Estate agencies that deal with properties in Alton, informing them we were selling our property by auction overseas, and gave the date. Of all the agents Jack Moore of Charters, Alton, has been the most communicative and consistent. He rang shortly after the auction to check our price bracket. Since then he has regularly checked in regarding my search, in a respectful and professional manner. I received one call from another agent since we sold our home. Like many of us, I had been looking for a house to purchase for some time, and had quite specific needs for housing my multi-generational family. Jack took the time to understand what would work for us and was very proactive in showing us properties that were coming on to the market. GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Charters in Alton since July 2018. We started our property search with them, and viewed many properties, until we found our first home. As first time buyers we were clueless about the whole process. We dealt mostly with Jamie Solis, who was very friendly and helped us a lot. Many phone calls and emails during the process, and nothing was ever too much for Jamie to sort out, he was always happy to help, and always worked in a professional manner, and to a high standard. We would definitely recommend charters to others in the future. Following my previous review we have worked with charters recently to sell our home (sold in June 2021). We have been very impressed with the whole team based at Alton and head office. The whole process has been straight forward and the team at charters have been very supportive. We were also very lucky to have Rob Ferguson and Cara Hayter Simpson helping us with our mortgage application and mortgage offer. They were very efficient and professional. We would highly recommend charters.

He called me with what he felt was the perfect property for us before it had even come to the market; the day after we viewed, offered and had it accepted! Now very excited to have finally found our forever home! Jack dealt with quite the curve ball on our viewing with the seller changing the price but dealt with it very professionally.
