We cannot thank Charters Alton enough for their exemplary service. We were unfortunate through no fault of of own to encounter several drawn out set backs, and Charters remained patient and professional throughout. We had used another local agent prior who we felt offered an inferior service to Charters. Ed Kendall personally worked tirelessly throughout when the pressure was on to ensure our chain stayed together along with Lewis and Jack in the background. Charters are without doubt the best estate agent in the area and we cannot recommend them enough.

Jo is & has been a life saver! The fact that this is not my first purchase so I’m aware about how complicated a sale/purchase process could be … but wow I’ve never been so uneasy with a purchase with all the worrying and headache ! BUTTT Jo was amazing! The fact that my own sales estate company weren’t the one calling me to update me in the transaction but Jo was (who in fact she was someone else’s estate agent in the chain! ) it only shows how much of a good and kind hearted person she is. She definitely went the extra mile and I’m happy we all finally got what we wanted at the end ! I’m really amazed with Jo’s character and honestly she’s amazing ! Thank you Jo !

Excellent service from Rebecca Oglesby at ChartersDuring a difficult period in the property market where trying to find the ideal home was nearly impossible, Rebecca came to our rescue.Rebecca provided us with up to date market analysis and understood our requirements so we weren’t just having any house put in front of us. This meant we only viewed properties which ticked 90% - 100% of our boxes, saving us time and not wasting the vendors time.Professional service, best estate agent I have come across in the last 7 years or so.Thank you!
