From my first meeting with Harry Maynard, Charters Estate Agents, I knew that he would deal with the sale of my late father and mothers home with integrity, honesty and compassion. I have been guided through each step of the sale process and today we have agreed on a price that I am very happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters. They are punctual, professional and have dealt with any queries or questions very promptly and efficiently. I am so glad I chose Charters to sell the house and cannot thank them enough.

First time buyer.As the title says I am a first time buyer. I had no idea what I was supposed to be looking at. No idea what questions to ask and no idea how any of the process worked. Tilly, not only helped answer all my questions but also helped providing useful information and allowing me to fully explore the home, before I ultimately brought it. So glad I chose Charters!

So glad I chose Charters with the sale of my property. They worked so quickly and just 2 days of my property going live on their website and it was sold! I put this down to the passion and commitment they have for their work. Toby couldn’t have been more passionate as he walked round my property taking in every detail. I just knew that if anyone could make a sale then it would be him. He boasted confidence without the cocky salesmen pitch and just wanted to help in any way he could. Harrison is a star!

Me and my partner were looking for a property quite urgently as we needed to vacate the one we were living before by the end of February. Harrison has made the process extremely smooth and quick for us. He took it upon himself to update us on any new properties and to secure us a place! He has made such stressful time much better for both me and my partner! Disappointed- but now a happy landlord.
