GoogleFantastic service from Charters! Sarah came out and valued our house and was really enthusiastic about our home, positive, friendly and trustworthy! After that everyone we dealt with there were great! Great communication about viewings and quick feedback. Also once we were under offer, Stephanie on the sales team was excellent, really good contact throughout the whole process. Especially towards the end when we were speaking a lot, nothing was to much trouble and it was greatly appreciated! I also used Rob, the mortgage adviser and he was also great and would definitely recommend! Thank you again to the whole team!

GoogleCharters were fantastic in helping secure the sale of my property. They were comforting and supportive and made me feel at ease. Edward, who came to value my property, was incredibly personable and kind and looked after me throughout the process, checking in when needed. I have also now used Rob (charters mortgage broker) twice. He is wonderful and explains what is a fairly complicated process incredibly well. I will be referring to him for mortgage queries for years to come, I am sure. I would highly recommend Charters Alton to anyone looking to sell in the local area.

GoogleHaving lived in our home for more than 45 years, doing everything from up dating the property to developing a very large garden, which was completely over grown when we came back in 1977. We decided to move into Alton, before we became too old to manage a change. We went to Charters estate agent in Alton. I have to say the service has been amazing from all the staff. Right from our initial chat with Sarah, back in May to actually agreeing price in the last couple of days. Jack, Richard and Edward taking all the prospective buyers round and giving us feed back very regularly and advice. They have helped us through everything, as things have changed considerably since we last entered the housing market. Highly professional, very knowledgeable on the local market and beyond and above all very pleasant and at times quite humorous ! Making what is a sad time for us, a less stressful journey and one that we are beginning to relax about. A big thank you to you all.

From a buyers perspective, Charters were excellent once my offer was accepted, with the excellent Jo Goddard assigned to the sale process. Jo was brilliant to communicate with, she was friendly, helpful, pragmatic, always easy to contact and prompt to return calls and she really helped keep things moving between the various agents and solicitors and buyers and sellers. She was a standout part of the stressful process of buying and selling houses!

We made the mistake of using SBK estate agents initially. Within 7 weeks we had 6 viewings however, the shining light was charters. We moved to them and had 6 viewings in just 10 days. GoogleCharters did very well in selling our flat, we had gone through 4 different estate agents before we came to them all of which had no luck selling it. The team at charters were on top of everything. We lost our first buyer late on in the sale and they pulled out all the stops to get us another buyer which was successful within a month of losing our buyer.
