What can we can we say about the team at Charters in Alton! Honestly we don't have a bad word to say about our experience through selling and buying through the team. Biggest thank-you to everyone involved and all your hard work!- Sarah, Jonathan, Toby, Cara & Rob We had previously been on with a different Estate Agents and had a rather bad experience. We hesitantly invited Sarah to value our property, as we assumed our flat was unsellable! Sarah was so passionate and positive about our home, whilst being completely honest and open about the difficult climate we were facing. We signed the contract on the Thursday, had a viewing on the Friday and had excepted an offer by the Saturday! How amazing is that! We went on to buy with Charters, with the help of Toby and Jonathan we finally completed on our home last Friday. Although the process was rather stretched out both Jonathan and Toby kept us updated the whole way through so we were involved and happy with the situation, any problems we faced with solicitors they were keen to help and advise to resolve issues. We would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell, and will certainly be using them in the future if we choose to sell. Thank you again! Very happy with Charters

I'm very happy with the attention provided by the Charters team (Simon Edser, Stephen Henry, Kevin Ashley, Becky). I felt updated all the way through, so never felt out of touch with events. The property was snapped up in the first week of launch by Charters, which was an excellent start. Stephen's regular contact (without my prompting) was very helpful. The team members all have a great manner about them, which makes the sale process much easier.

Couldn't recommend enough

After signing up with a number of Estate Agencies, Charters were the only ones who consistently called us with a number of options to view some before the listing even went live which in the current renting market, you have to be that quick. They found the perfect flat for us that also allowed dogs and had a private garden, it ticked all of our boxes and budgets and they were always friendly and ready to answer questions and book in last minute viewings. Couldn't recommend enough. Brilliant communication!

Brilliant - pick them!

Selling the house was the easy bit, holding our nerve (and also the chain) could not have been done without Jo (Goddard) and Gemma (Hill). We had bizarre downsizers, split chains, Liz Truss tanking the economy in the middle and a brilliant chain who held with us to exchange. Jo and Gemma did everything to keep us all sane, we have not moved in 20 years and dreaded every minute of the emotional rollercoaster. Thanks again Charters, I would recommend (if I ever move again!). [if the boss of Charters reads this give them a special bonus, you have done very well out of our chain and it was Jo/Gemma who held it together] - avoidance of doubt worth every penny!Paul
