I have two rental properties which Peter Nobbs (now at Charters) has been managing for me for the past 7 years. Nothing is too much trouble and he has always kept me informed about anything that effects me as a landlord. These Estate Agents where very helpful throughout the purchasing process. I could call any time and received a pleasant, timely & well informed response. I was kept in the loop by my designated staff member (Kayleigh Ryan, many thanks!) through email and telephone. When I collected the keys the office was well presented, professional and welcoming. Their "in-house" mortgage providers also gave a 5/5 experience! All in all I look forward to doing business with them again when I need to!
