Charters Alresford branch - highly recommend.

Charters in Alresford found us our first house around 8 years ago. They have reliably found good tenants for us until we decided to sell this summer. Charlie, Fred, Vanessa and Juliet have been excellent, they are always welcoming when we pop into the office with a question and happy to advise. We are very pleased we chose Charters to sell our house.We have also had great advice from Simon who has organised our mortgage for our potential purchase in the New Year.The Alresford branch are a good team who are efficient and professional at all times. Would highly recommend.

We have been eyeing a particular property for some time and recently contacted Charters to arrange a viewing. The also suggested another property nearby that might suit? We met Richard at the first property, his knowledge was first class and answered all our questions, as he did the with the 2nd property. Excellent team, fab to deal with!!!!…

Charters have been absolutely fabulous to deal with. To give you a bit of background, we were with another agent and sadly had 2 sales fall through with them. We decided that enough was enough and called charters to bring them onto the sale. We first spoke with Jonathan who was so helpful and agreed that they could help us with our sale. We had an appointment booked in with them within a couple of days and Toby came around to our property to give a valuation and chat. He was really great and answered all of our queries! From the very beginning, there was no messing about and they marketed our property very promptly in line with our expectations. We were very anxious as we had a new build property reserved and we only had a short timescale to re-sell our property before the developer would release our plot for resale. We were always continually updated with the progress of our viewings by Toby, Erickson & Jonathan to keep our minds at rest. If we could give 10 stars for their service, we absolutely would.
