We received excellent personal service from Shannon Wilton, who expertly identified our preferences and needs and also worked with our timeline, that many may have considered unrealistic, to secure our new home by the date we needed. All of our requests were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much for Shannon who went out of her way to ensure that we felt confident and supported throughout the whole process. She was extremely pleasant while being very professional and I would certainly recommend her wholeheartedly.

Charters are a great company!I am about to rent my third house through them, Lily Mott and Harrison Beadle have gone above and beyond to keep me informed of houses that were coming up for rent and to show me around the properties.Also any maintenance issues that I had in my current property were dealt with efficiently by the other members of staff.Excellent customer service all round!

An Excellent Local Estate Agents

My experience with Charters has been nothing but positive. When selling a house communication is the most important factor to me (well, apart from actually selling the property of course) and all at Charters are excellent at keeping in touch, letting me, as the seller, know what's happening at every stage. I can't praise Jonathan Pinhorne in particular high enough. He keeps in touch with me regularly, advising me of progress, taking any feedback I provided constructively and even made friends with my dog! Everything Jonathan says he will do he follows up, he never lets me down and at no point do I wonder what is happening as the sale progresses. He is extremely approachable and builds a wonderful (in my opinion) rapport with the seller which gave me the confidence that he was the right person to sell my house - and he did! With Charters being a local agent rather than a national chain, I felt the personal touch and local knowledge was invaluable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Charters and Jonathan Pinhorne in particular. For information - I am not affiliated with Charters and I am not being paid for this review.

Professional Service

Charters let and manage a house for us. They have offered a high level of service in relation to finding and looking after our tenants. One thing I have liked is that we have been able to deal with the same people over the last 6 months or so. It makes a huge difference to have a stable team. They also appear to respond quickly to issues raised by tenants. This is critical to for maintaining good tenant/landlord relationships.

Highly recommend

We chose Charters due to our need to get sold quickly, and they had presented themselves as being very proactive, with proven success and we liked their approach. We have not been disappointed! I can’t find a single fault, we have been kept updated throughout, had viewings booked in before even going on the market and received 2 offers within a week, plus achieving more than we thought we could for the house. We are still in the selling stage but I can highly recommend Charters on every level. We have had most communication with Cameron and Luke, but the whole team has been fantastic.
