Excellent service, lovely people...

I have been working with Phil at Charters to sell our property and I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided. Charters are a professional estate agent, they have always answered the phone when I call and the person who answers has always been able to update me on my case with ease. The process so far has been really smooth and really happy with the advertising that Charters provided. Phil in particular has been a brilliant asset, he has kept us in the loop and we feel very safe knowing he is on the case - Thank you very much!

Early days but … a brilliant start.

Early days but …A very professional local team. Punctual when attending meetings, quick email communications and call backs. They have considered all of our difficult buying and selling issues and kept in touch on an almost daily basis. The team at Charters have already successfully sourced potential financing for our move. They have attended a meeting to discuss an alternative to selling our property and homed in on potential purchases too. All this in just a few working days. The Charters service seems to work seamlessly to deliver an end to end solution. I cannot believe they have provided this without our having yet signed any form of contractual agreement. A very promising start to a working relationship ….
