Great experience with Charters!

Recently we've had to find our next home and we've came across Charters Estate Agency. We've had two viewings with the lovely Lily who couldn't be more helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and with her help now we've been accepted for a lovely home in which hopefully we'll be able to move in shortly. Also I would like to mention an other very helpful colleague called Harrison. I've spoken with him over the phone few times and equally he's been very helpful every time. I can highly recommend their services for everyone who is looking for a smooth and quick house hunt.

Very impressed by all aspects of their service, from the initial meeting (to sell) and thereafter. They were always professional, responsive to changes as the sale moved through its paces, and we always felt as though we were in good hands. Despite the inevitable wrinkles in a house sale, Charters were always on top of the situation and protected our interests whilst enabling the sale. We must mention Jo G who worked so hard to get the sale over the line, often working late, and above and beyond - an excellent professional and very personable : thank you Jo. I had to report a water leak in my…

I had to report a water leak in my rental property. It was the first time I had to report any, i called Peter Nobbs to report this and i couldn’t asked for better help, he jumped straight onto the issue and had a plumber round to fix the fault. Matt the plumber stayed until gone 10 o’clock at night to get us back up and running. I can’t thank the staff and tradesman enough for all their hard work.
