Charters empoys caring and polite people

I ran out of the hot water and called Charters. I talked to a very nice lady, Mrs Helen Nicol, and she said that someone would come soon to fix the problem. After a very short time, a specialist came and said it was electrical problem. The man was very nice. Shortly afterwards two electricians came: Fredie and Liam and they fixed the problem right away. I was shoked by the speed and quality of the repair and I would like to thank the people who helped me so beautifully: Mrs Helen Nicol (Marla), the boiler man and Mr Fredie and Mr Liam and Mrs Emily. I have been extremely pleased with Charters. I always find selling and buying property a stressful experience but Charters have worked hard as a team to minimise this for me. All the staff have been professional and responsive. Notably, Storme who did the valuation of my property and promised to ensure only appropriate viewings occurred to avoid unnecessary disruption to me, (the third viewer bought my property); Jonathan who managed the negotiations brilliantly and last but not least, Jo Goddard who took over my file once a buyer was secured. Her diplomacy, patience, efficiency, professional ‘can do’ approach and overall performance was superb. THANK YOU to all the team who have contributed to a successful conclusion to my sale.
