Both Rosie and Martha were responsive and kept me updated throughout. The options for landlords were clear and all the details transparent. Our property rented out almost immediately and we were given the final say on everything. Competitive fees and an outstanding service.

We were really happy with the service Charters provided. We were contacted after every viewing whether there was feedback or not. My experience with chaters estate agents is one that I will always remember. I have never received such level of support and care from a real estate company here in the UK. Right from the start of my contract till now that I am relocating out of the city it’s be all amazing experience. They are very responsive, professional, supportive, VERY prompt in service delivery (including weekends) and they have got most amazing Team! In my own opinion i believe charters estate Agents have created a benchmark for contemporary services in the real industry… I will recommend charters any time any day. Kirstie helped us through the initial minefield of the process of letting the property and has been very effective at marketing and guiding new tenants at each change of tenancy ever since, and Jacqui and the rest of their team really understand the day to day property management shielding us from many of the day to day issues. We certainly feel that they understand our property and we feel confident leaving it in their hands. Communication is good and very comprehensive. We had a lot of questions, all that were answered promptly both through e-mail & phone calls, and with us being overseas with big time differences, this was appreciated.
