We dealt with Lewis from the Bishop’s Waltham branch. Even if we found a property through another estate agent, we would have loved dealing with him for the purchase of our house. Charters worked with me through the thick and thin of buying and selling a house with endless patience and professionalism. The team have been fantastic; Andy, Nathan, Lewis, Jasper there is no weak link and communication between the team is first rate. I chose Charters as I observed how hard they worked for their clients when I purchased my last house. That instinct was spot on. From Luke & Cameron, who helped at the buying stage and were patient in letting us have a few viewings, and then to Lisa who showed her dedication and skills when we were nearing at the end of completion to coordinate, not just the buying of our new house but helped communicate with all parties / solicitors for the Leasehold flat we were selling.
