A really helpful team, nothing was too much trouble for them. They searched diligently for a suitable property for us. On this occasion they were unsuccessful, but it was not for the want of trying. Fred, Charlie and Rebecca were helpful, never rushed us and even dog sat whilst on one viewing. A very likeable and efficient team.

GoogleWe have had dealings with three other estate agents over the past year. Their performance ranged from abysmal to barely passable. Dealing with Edward and his team at Alton has been a breath of fresh air. Not only is this organisation highly professional, painstaking and effective but the people are a pleasure to do business with. Charters really helped me finding the property I wanted, fitting all of my requirements. Sarah and Ash were particularly helpful, really friendly and made my experience finding a property 200 miles from my hometown a lot less stressful! When the first property I viewed didn't quite go as plan they offered an even better alternative within 24 hours. Great service and great people. Would highly recommend.
