We’ve just helped my mother buy a property in Alton. The process of selling her home privately and buying her new one through Charters was not straightforward and we had a bumpy ride. Jonathon and Amy were both based in the Alton branch to begin with but moved to Farnham part way through. They were both extremely helpful and friendly during the whole process and Jonathon stayed with our case even after moving. He went above and beyond for both the sellers and us, the buyers, helping us deal with non-communicative solicitors and pushing the process along diligently. Instead of us phoning around agents arranging a viewing Charters, particularly Claire are proactive in contacting us with properties they feel would be suitable. It is particularly difficult when you are relocating and Claire has been so supportive and encouraging. She really understands our requirements and hopefully we will find the right property soon.

I've used Alresford charters twice to rent accommodation and they have been amazing both times. This time round, I have had to find a property under stressful circumstances, but Charlie has been so helpful and kept the lines of communication open throughout.
