Finally Exchanged Contracts

We have just exchanged on a purchase we agreed on 8 months ago, main delay was problems with the mortgage company and a query with the roof that turned out to be a non event.Throughout the whole process the Charters team and particularly Jo Goddard were amazing, constantly updating me with any news and keeping everything together, without her I am sure the deal would have fallen apart.Thanks Team Charters (& Jo)

Jake Davis has been fantastic for us…

Jake Davis has been fantastic for us during our tenancy with Charters, always kept us updated with anything regarding the flat e.g maintenance and repairs and ensured that we were happy with the service. Excellent team at Preston Park

Charters Preston Park (Brand Vaughan when we started our buyer journey) have been excellent to work with. From viewing to completion, they’ve been proactive, supportive and, honestly, quite a lot of fun. Special mention goes to Kate and Kay who are both brilliant. The best agents I have ever come across

All the staff are genuine! Sarah in particular gave some very constructive points when photos were being taken of our property. Comparing them after our conversation and decluttering I can definitely see what she meant. Edward is very conscientious and as our vendor is abroad keeps everyone in the loop. If they were local to me, we would have been more than happy to have used them as our agents.
