Fred was a great help.

Fred was a great help in finding us the perfect house. We were very difficult customers but Fred kept us up to date with what's new to the market. We finally found the right house with Fred's help. He never rushed us when viewing a property, which was great. Other agents just don't give you enough time. He did his research before showing us the houses, if he didn't know something, he'd come back to us the same day or the next day with answers.

I had popped along with my daughter to view a property for her. This viewing was accompanied by Tom who was dedicated to provide me with as much information as my daughter. He was very polite and well versed on the property! Although my daughter found through another agent I would certainly recommend Charters especially Tom!

Need to start by saying I don't usually fill these out but wanted to shout from the roof tops about Sarah and her team at Chaters Alton. Peter, Adriene and Kareen were all so helpful when moving into my property. I knew Peter from a previous property and he made the transition so easy. Adriene helped with the admin when moving in and Karen’s was a friendly face who showed us the metered and handed the keys over. Sarah Bainbridge made our search for a rental property so much easier than any other letting agent we had previously dealt with. Very professional team of agents. Ella, Harrison and Cheryl - these are the people whom I had a chance to know.Harrison is not only a professional of his field, but also a great person. Simply The Best

Having dealt with many estates agents in my past, I must say I have never been more impressed than I have been with Charters. From the start, by dealing with Katie who introduced me to the property I am purchasing, and to Stephen who has and is looking after the transaction, their service has been beyond compare. Really great mediation and help by Lily and Charters

I had a really good experience when I rented an apartment from Charters… they were very thorough and kept the communication open throughout. However, due to personal circumstances I had to cut my lease short and was really worried as to how I would be moving forward. I had really good support from Charters, especially Lily Moore who was amazing in always getting back to me on how to proceed further after each step.. she was the best mediator between the landlord, who himself was very understanding of my changing circumstances.
