GoogleDealt with Margaret Caddy as a buyer and received excellent service, communication was on point, usually several days prior to my solicitor giving the same information! Thank you Margaret, I’m sure completion would have taken a lot longer without you chasing all parties. Can’t fault the service

GoogleI was very pleased with the service provided by the whole team. I called on a Monday to register the sale with them, by the following day we have many bookings to view the house, and by the following Monday we had an excellent offer. The Alsager branch are very organised and the process was straightforward and a pleasant experience from start to finish, for which I am grateful. Matthew Bass provided a very reasonable valuation, and created a beautiful sales brochure to represent the house well. Once a sale was agreed upon, Margret Caddy worked weekly with me, to keep me updated on the sale's progress. She definitely enabled the sale to continue at an efficient pace, which was much appreciated. I hope to be able to work with the agency again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThis is the 2nd time I have used Stevenson Browne, both to buy & sell property. II cannot praise them highly enough, there are no hidden extras, they held my hand all throughout the process answering and returning my calls promptly and keeping me up to date each week. It helps that they have local knowledge, I used to live in a small community in Audley and I believe they have been involved in the sale and purchase of nearly all the properties there, which has proved invaluable to my recent buyers..

GoogleI initially got an offer on my house within 2 days through Stephenson Browne, which unfortunately fell through. A few months later I got another offer but there followed a long and arduous conveyancing process. However I found the staff at Stephenson Browne enormously supportive, esp Margret who liaised with buyers, solictors and builders on my behalf and alleviated so much of the stress and confusion for me following a personal bereavement. They were professional, caring, non judgemental and I would highly recommend their services.
